I am ready to join you on your journey of redefining purpose in your life and making meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and doctoral candidate in psychology. I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from UCLA, where I developed a strong foundation in systems-oriented and psychodynamic frameworks. My training allows me to attend not only to individual emotional and behavioral patterns, but also to the broader relational, cultural, and structural forces that shape psychological experience.
With over a decade of experience, I specialize in attachment-based psychotherapy for individuals struggling with relational trauma and emotional dysregulation. What often presents as anxiety, depression, mood instability, or anger is frequently rooted in disrupted attachment experiences and unresolved relational pain.
My approach moves beyond symptom management. I help you understand the origins of your emotional patterns, process trauma safely, and integrate parts of yourself that may have been suppressed or expressed in reactive ways. Through this work, clients develop greater emotional clarity, relational stability, and a more authentic sense of self.
